Garibaldi Wine Cooperative Suggest, in partnership with Fusion Drinks, this delicious drink that brings the softness of Merlot Rosé into the glass. The tropicallient drink is inspired by the caipirinha, but without lemon and cachaça, to highlight a mixture of wine with tropical fruit. “It’s a fruity and refreshing drink. Since wine is a complement, it married pineapple and mint very well. It’s a very easy drink drink.”

How to make tropicaliente

In a shackler, place the mint leaves and the pineapple and macere to extract the fruit juice. If you do not have a dye, the drink can be done in a canned bowl, following the same order. Then add the ice, syrup and wine. Beat even cold the shake. Pass it to a glass, finish with the decoration and serve.

Ingredients

  • 5 Leaves of Mint
  • Half cubed pineapple cubes
  • Macerate to extract pineapple juice
  • After, put plenty of ice
  • 20ml Simple Sugar Syrup (recipe below)
  • 60ml of Granja União Merlot Rosé wine
  • Pineapple and mint to decorate

Preparation mode

Sugar syrup

  • Just mix 1 liter of water to 1kg of sugar and boil the mixture until dissolved.
  • Then just let rest and the syrup is ready.
