Mixologist Henrique Zaro proposes the recipe for a classic, Hugo Spritz. It was designed to have a balance, both alcoholic and taste, to be very easy to drink, ”says Zaro.
For Hugo Spritz, a high and lighter drink than traditional Aperol Spritz, the expert followed the original recipe using Aldetter Flower Liquor and Prosecco sparkling wine, in this case Garibaldi Prosecco. “Prosecco balances with the liqueur, which is smooth and sweeter, fitting super well, because it leaves a bitterness and a sweet in the taste,” he comments. The complement with gas with gas or tonic water is at the discretion of each one. “It’s a very summer drink,” he continues.
