To pack the hottest season of the year, the Viô Zé restaurant, inaugurated in August last year in Ubatuba, presents its new authorial drink, the Potirendabaa tribute to the city of origin of the patriarch of the proprietary family. In addition to bearing the name of the city, the term of indigenous origin means “where the flowers are” brings refreshing to the taste, with floral notes, the drink combines gin and gossip, being ideal to face heat with taste and originality.

How to make drink potirendaba

In a shaker, mix the ingredients well. Pour into a tall glass and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml of mexerica syrup
  • 20 ml of Campari
  • 30 ml of gin
  • 20 ml of lemon juice
