How to make passion fruit drink with hibiscus and alcohol ginger

Put 500 ml of water in a boiling pan. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the 2 tablespoons well full of hibiscus flowers. Cover the pan and let the tea rest for 10 minutes. After infusion time, remove the hibiscus flowers and add 400 ml of cold water. Mix well and set aside. In a bowl, mix the chia with 3 to 4 tablespoons of water and let stand for 10 minutes to hydrate. In a blender, combine hibiscus tea, ice, grated ginger, fresh passion fruit pulp and hydrated chia. If you wish, add the sweetener to taste. Beat well until all ingredients are completely mixed.
