How to make hibiscus tea with orange fibermal

Put the water on the fire with the peel apple, but without seeds, cut into slices and the cinnamon. Once you start boiling add the dehydrated hibiscus and boil about 3 to 5 minutes. Rest until warm. Remove the cinnamon and mix the orange fibermal. Serve hot.

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cinnamon on medium stick
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated hibiscus
  • 1 tablespoon of orange fibermais®

Preparation mode
