How to make diuretic refreshing drink with polyphenols

In a kettle or container, boil 250 ml of water and pour over green tea and hibiscus. Cover the container and infuse for about 5 minutes. After this time, strain the mixture.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of green tea (rich in catechins and polyphenols)
  • 1 teaspoon hibiscus (diuretic and antioxidant)
  • 1 cucumber rode (rich in water and diuretic action)
  • 1 lemon juice (rich in vitamin C and antioxidants)
  • 1 branch of mint (to refresh and assist in digestion)
  • 500 ml of filtered water or gas with gas (to give lightness to the drink)

Tea infusion
